i found the check-in process efficient and pleasant. the staff were friendly and helpful from reception to the bar. i appreciated the early check-in provided. the hotel was well-kept and clean and i felt safe in the surrounding area.
The room size felt quite small. This affected my overall comfort slightly

underground stopofficial check-in
The location is directly at the underground stop. Room was ready earlier than the official check-in time by about 90 minutes. I found this very convenient. There is no minibar or complimentary water in the room.
There isn't a wardrobe. Instead, there is only a clothes rack with three hangers.
